Shipping costs
Free shipping for purchases over 2 HYP Oasis (Standard freight). For purchases under 2 HYP Oasis, we have a delivery fee which you will see in the checkout.
Delivery time
Our delivery time is usually the following based on your location:
- Scandinavia: 3-8 days.
- Europe inkl. UK: 4-10 days.
- USA: 10-20 days.
- Other: 10-20 days.
* In case of increased parcel volumes, the delivery time can be extended by an extra 2-5 working days.
Payment methods
We only operate with high-security partners for payment options and our website to manage and make your payment experience safe and smooth.
- You can pay for your order with standard bank/credit cards. You can pay with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and AmericanExpress. We also offer the following payment methods and options to make the payment process even easier for you: Klarna, PayPal and Apple Pay. Local and other payment methods depending on your location may be available.

Right to cancel a purchase
When purchasing Fjärran products at fjarran.com, you will always have 14 days to cancel the purchase as of the date when you received the product that you ordered. You are responsible for checking that the package and products are undamaged when you receive them.
– You have 14 days to cancel the purchase as of the date when you received the package, provided that the product is returned unused in the undamaged original (unbroken) packaging and, in cases where the goods are sealed, the seal must be intact. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, when returning items, it is important that you clearly write both Fjärran Sports and your order number on the package.

Processing of returns typically takes between 1-3 weeks. Remember to save the receipt for your return and send it in a way that it can be traced. By doing so, we will be able to reimburse you even if the package is lost during the return delivery. We hold the right to charge EUR 25 for the administration and handling of the order.
